Being unable to sleep can be puzzling. Most especially when you are stressed out, yet your mind refuses to refresh. I’m happy to come across natural remedies for this, because I’m not an advocate of taking sleeping pills.

I always take chamomile tea to help me sleep. However, I’m thankful to come across the nature sleep supplements. I like that this product is 100% natural, and I do t have to worry about its adverse effect on my health.

Sometimes I do lie on my bed for hours before I can sleep irrespective of how tired I am. And at these times, I still wake up feeling tired with a heavy head. I have been looking for measures to take to enable me sleep longer and here it is.

Hi that was a great and interesting read, lots of great information especially with all the herbs they pack in there. I knew a few of the herds on the list and the benefits but after the read i got to learn some new ones. i don’t have trouble sleeping regularly, but like most people there are more than a few times a year that my brain will not shut off or there is a full moon lol. What i would like to know is it something you have to use on a regular basis to see the full benefits or can i use it for the nights i am struggling to get to sleep?  i think it is an important topic to read and talk about these days with so many people not just struggling with sleeping but also anxiety, plus the many other aliments that this product seems to help with and who dose not want more serotonin in their life.

I love your post on best natural sleep aids. I don’t use any of the sleep aids in this article but I could see how it would be a good idea to get started on something of this nature due to similar problems I have  like ones you mentioned, maybe not necessarily sleep related but could very well be.

Right now I have a problem with sleep apnea and it would be great if there was some kind of natural sleep medicine that could take the place of wearing a air mask every night.

I have tried all kinds of different sleep aids after I stopped drinking and using. It was and sometimes still is very difficult for me to get a full nights sleep. My doctor said it’s most likely due to the drugs and drinking over a long period of time that messed with the chemistry in my brain. I’ve tried everything from straight melatonin 30 mg’s a night to 2 Tylenol PM’s and sleepy time tea to wash it down and nothing has ever really worked for me. I still take melatonin and have always been hesitant to try other things due to the cost and not knowing what is in it (I laugh at myself for saying that being a drug addict oh the irony). Now that I’ve read this review I’m not afraid to lay down a couple more dollars for this product and give a try.     Thanks for reviewing my blog. What your doctor said is true.  Long-time drinking restrains the functionality of GABA which is a neurotransmitter that stimulates sleepiness.

    I recommend you try many natural ways at the same time, such as do yoga, take tryptophan-rich protein (milk, nuts, poultry) for dinner, and take natural supplement like Nature Sleep. It is necessary to avoid stress and have relaxation before bed. These also work for me: drink lots of water, practice deep breath when you lie down for sleep (inhale deeply, stop for 5 seconds, then breath out from mouth).

    Let me know the result after you try Nature Sleep at least a week or so. I wish you have better quality sleep.

Insomnia is my number one problem, even after a busy day sleep stares me in the face and yet sleeping becomes a problem. Sometimes I wonder if I had “murdered sleep” ( from Shakespeare …”those who murders sleep will never sleep again “)
